She was predeceased by: her parents, John Nasberg and Jenny Nasberg; and her husband Dean C. Affleck. She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Affleck (Sindy), Mark Affleck (Veronica) and Scott Affleck; her grandchildren, Diana Gubalke (Gus), Nicole Affleck, Melissa Shuey, Randy Shuey and Diamond Shuey; and her great grandchildren, Neveah, Alicia, Chase, Jesse and Arianna. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
