She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Bindrum and Ethel Bindrum; her husband William "Bill" Grant Meyer; her sister Brenda Coy; and her brothers-in-law, Phil Mendoza and Bernie Sherman.

She is survived by: her children, Mike Meyer (Joann) of Omaha, Dave Meyer (Carrie) of Omaha and Kathy Hostert (Nick) of O'Neill; her sisters, Janice Sherman of Lincoln, Linda Mendoza of Lincoln and Jean Piontek (Alan) of Lincoln; and her brother-in-law Jerry Coy. She is also survived by six grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
