With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Ryan of Omaha, Nebraska, who passed away on July 30, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Olive Sitzmann and Arnold Sitzmann; her husband Leo Ryan; and her siblings, Don, Lois, Jean, Jim and Earl.
She is survived by: her children, Pat Caruana (Paul), Mike, Tom (Sue), Mary Benoit (Don), Ann, Joe (Joey Assad), Jim (Stacey Michel) and Kathy; and her grandchildren, Alyx Richter (Tim), Erin Caruana (Brett Lanier), Greg Caruana, Jacob Ryan, Abby Ryan, Aiden Ryan, Patrick Ryan (Brandy), Ryan Benoit (Jennifer), Jamie Benoit and Peter Benoit (Emily). She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
