She was predeceased by: her husband George Owens Jr.; her son Todd Owens; her sister Terri Holcomb; and her parents, George Luker and Jacqueline Christiansen.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Owens Sr., Kimberly Owens and Coleen Boone (Matthew); her grandchildren, Kaelyn Owens, Camron Boone, Amari Stevenson, Tymire Stevenson of Timothy and Owens Jr.; her great grandchildren, Kaebella Bethel and Mei Xiong; and her siblings, Michael Luker, Christopher Luker and Trudy Watson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
