She is survived by: her former husbands, Roger Colgrove (Gene) and Robert Van Winkle; her stepchildren, Gene and Gerry; her husband William Brewer (Smokey); her close friend Smokey of Topeka, KS; her children, Michelle Colgrove (Bert Carl) of Bellevue, NE, Laura Sumner (Mike) of Port Orford, OR, Dustin Van Winkle (Jamie) of Noxapater, MS and Dorothy Steyer (Tony) of Scottsbluff, NE; her brothers, Charles Cowan (Maryann) of Gering, NE, William Cowan (Brenda) of Huntsville, AL and Robert Cowan (Valerie) of Scottsbluff, NE; and her grandchildren, Erik Gutierrez (Melissa) of Glenwood, IA and NoraJean Van Winkle of Noxapater, MS.. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
