With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of June J Nielsen in Omaha, Nebraska, born in Neodesha, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 16, 2026 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Bryson and Ambaline Bryson (Wilson); her husband Jack Nielsen; her children, Greg Nielsen and Christy Woobank; and her siblings, Dorothy Osborn, Roy Kloepfer, Peggy Boyer, Barbara "Bobbie" Birkhofer and Lana Nisley.

She is survived by: her children, Kathy Pettengill and Jeff Nielsen (Kathy); her grandson James; and her siblings, Cherry Ryan (Bruce) and David Bryson (Ginger). She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.

Memorials may be directed to Florence Christian Church.
