She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl William Shorter, Sr. and Jo Ann Shorter. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Billingsley; her daughter Megan Dvorak (Michael Dvorak) of Plano, Texas; and her siblings, Susan Shorter of Memphis, Tennessee and Carl Shorter, Jr. (Ann Shorter) of Memphis, Tennessee.
