She was predeceased by: her mother Alice Blair. She is survived by: her father Don Blair; her close friend Chris Callahan; her sister-in-law Sandy Blair; her nephew Adam Blair (Aimee); her niece Kate Blair; her great-niece Eady (E. O.); and her brother Jeffery Blair.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Cottey College, a P.E.O project of your choice, or KAD Daisy fund.
