He is survived by: his son Rodney Bender of Omaha, NE; his grandchildren, Bryn Bender of Omaha, NE, Ruby Bender of Omaha, NE and Crew Bender of Omaha, NE; his great grandchildren, Evie, Asher and Violet Bender; and his siblings, Chris Forell (Bruce) of Arcadia, CA and Kirk Bender (Leslie) of Omaha.
