She was predeceased by: her parents, Orland "Mac" McKinney and Patricia "Pat" A. McKinney (Liller). She is survived by: her husband Mike; her children, Haleigh McDonald (Trish McKinney), Heather Glenn, Jessica Carranza and Mike Simmons III (Brett Simmons); her grandchildren, Kaliegh, Jaxson, Jacoby, Kendall, Noah, Tessa, Ava, Olivia, Willow, Caden and Reese; her siblings, Kevin McKinney (Terri), Dennis McKinney, Karen Belding (Darrin), Joe LaFrance (Janet) and Lita Bosch; her aunt Linda Tomsick; her parents-in-law, Mike and Mary Simmons, Sr.; and her siblings-in-law, Kelly Johnson (Mitch), Rick Simmons and Danny Simmons. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
