He was predeceased by: his former wife Kathy (Sedlacek); his daughter Kerry Starr (Schutte); his wife Mary Katherine (Fowler/Hagin); and his siblings-in-law, Joane Connelly (Norman), Richard Sedlacek (Millie), Ed Sedlacek, Jean Sedlacek and Evelyn Nekuda.
He is survived by: his aunts, Janeen Bruner and Carole Wilkinson; his siblings, Phil Schutte (Barb), David Pendley (Andrea) and Ephie Brand Sietz; his brothers-in-law, William Sedlacek (Mary Ellen), John Sedlacek and Elaine Sedlacek; his daughter Kwin Moran (Jason); his son-in-law Patrick Starr; his stepson Joseph Hagin; his grandchildren, Shelbi, Sierra Starr, Kenden, Kasen Moran, Kira, Pierce, Joseph Jr. Hagin (Brian), Callie Torres (Carlos) and Ashley Stoner; and his great grandchildren, Melody, Bella, Carlos Jr. and Nicolas.
