He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Kenneth Parish and Nondys Pauline Parish (Evans); his former wife Saralyn Parish; and his children, Lisa Jane Parish and Scott Parish.

He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Parish; his children, Holli Parish Nelson (Chris), Greg Parish (Coralee Torrence) and Karin Parish; his grandchildren, Taylor Nelson (Kiel), Nolan Nelson, Garrett Nelson, Ella Parish, Max Parish and Chloe Parish; his brother Nick Parish (Daisy Icaro); his extended family, Stacey Reid (Beau) and Corey Sheen (Susan); his children, Sydney, Carley, Halle Childers, Ellie, Cameron, Griffen Sheen and Ken; his great grandchild Micah Ferguson; and his brother-in-law Dan Chichester.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Alzheimer's Association or Peaceful Hearts Hospice.
