He is survived by: his wife Martha Kowalewski; his daughter Ashley Kowalewski; his son-in-law Tanner Weeast; his son Ben Kowalewski; his daughter-in-law Michelle Ruszin; his siblings, Kathy Thompson, Kelly and Kim Kowalewski; and his grandchildren, Freya and Zack. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
