He was predeceased by: his parents, Zigmund Jarosz and Bernita Jarosz; and his granddaughter Ashley Grace Johanek. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette; his children, Jennifer Johanek (Patrick), Brian Jarosz (Emily) and Kristi Lelugas (Marty); his grandchildren, Chloe, Carmyn, Caden, Carly Jarosz, Amber, Andrew Johanek, Cora, Luna and Winnie Lelugas; and his sisters, Donna Dvorak (Dave) and Peggy Laverty (Kevin). He is also survived by brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; many nieces, nephews, and friends.
