It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kevin M. O'Meara of Omaha, Nebraska, who passed away on April 27, 2025, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kevin M. O'Meara to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Howard, Beatrice Brannen of Shenandoah, Dr. C. S. and Jean O'Meara of Des Moines, Iowa.. He is survived by: his parents, Stephen Patrick and Valori O'Meara (Brannen) of Bellevue, Nebraska; his significant other Heather Sleyster of Omaha, Nebraska; his sisters, Heather Owens (Larry) of Omaha, Nebraska, Megan Glup (Matt) of Bellevue, Nebraska and Katie Black (Greg) of Ankeny; and his pets, Jerry and Clark. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (512 W Thomas Ave, Shenandoah, IA 51601).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the CHI Health Foundation at 6901 N 72nd Street, Omaha, NE 68122, in Kevin's name.
