She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bruce Miller and Mae Miller; her brother Tim; her husband Allan Koenig; and her siblings, Connie and Todd. She was also cherished by grandmother to her three grandsons and one granddaughter.

In lieu of flowers, donations directed to the family will be given to "Fresh Hope for Mental Health," a local non-profit organization dedicated to supporting mental wellness in the community and "Apple Blossoms for Appleton", a non-profit that plants apple trees to beautify trails and parks in Kim's hometown.
