She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Jones and Earma Jones; her siblings, Charles Jones, Veola Huggins, Eola Sauls, Tommy Jones, Ralph C Jones, Versie Rouse, Dora Jones and Frediolene Jones; her granddaughter Charlyse Carroll; and her great grandchild Treveir Alston.
She is survived by: her children, Cornelius Mee Mee Brown of Omaha, NE, Charles Carroll (Crystal) of Des Moines, IA, Rochelle Alston (Tammie) of Omaha, NE and Aleasha Alston of Omaha, NE; her foster daughter Latricia Phillips of Omaha, NE; her sisters, Bertha Lou Davis of Omaha, NE and Lou Bertha Whitley of Denver, CO; and her close friends, Ieashia Boyd, Zachary Buls, Valerie Perkins and Carrie Holbert. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren, 7 great great grandchildren as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
