He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Smith and Alice Smith; his siblings, Connie Sapienza and Lyle Smith; and his siblings-in-law, Birute Sabaliauskas, Anthony Prismantas and Forrest Birdsall.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Smith; his children, Kathy McDonough (Jim) and Kelly Smith; his grandsons, Larry Koziol (Adrienne), Jared Koziol (Racheal), Joshua Smith (Michele), Jacob McDonough and Tyler McDonough; and his siblings-in-law, Pete Sabaliauskas, Fred Sapienza, Irena Birdsall and Birute Prismantas. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
