He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Sheldon Ainsworth, Lisa Carnazzo, Lynn Gardner (Al), Sheri Burcaw (Scott), April Worshek (Robert) and Laci Beaumont (Tomas); his grandchildren, Hannah Ainsworth, Joseph Ainsworth, Sydney Gardner, Hudson Gardner, Courtney Timperio (Daniel), Heath Thomas, Gabrielle Worshek, Madeline Worshek, Nicholas Worshek and Katherine Worshek; his great grandchildren, Liam Timperio and Luca Timperio; and his sister Phyllis Shook. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
