With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lawrence Beardsley of Omaha, Nebraska, who passed away on August 29, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecilia Beardsley and Lawrence Beardsley Sr.; his son Kevin Beardsley; and his son-in-law Bob Smith. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Beardsley (Martin); his daughters, Denise Hatcher (Dean), Rogene Smith and Trish Battaglia (Brian); his grandchildren, Renee Ashwood (Josh), Todd Hatcher (Jenny), Brittney Marshall (Shane), Hailey Falk (Jacob), Jake and Aero Battaglia; his siblings, Judy Dickens of Tulsa, OK, Ann Colton (Larry) of Bradenton, FL, Kaye Thomann (Bob) of Salina, KS and John Robert Beardsley (JR) of Tulsa, OK; and his sisters-in-law, Joan Woods-Smith of Wichita, KS, Donna Martin of Sedgwick, KS and Mary Bremerman (Keith) of Salina, KS. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the Beardsley family has designated memorials be directed to Alzheimer's Association, American Cancer Society, or Siena Frances House in Omaha.
