He is survived by: his son Connor Holtzen of Omaha, NE; his grandson Roman Holtzen of Omaha, NE; his mother Carole Broyhill of Sioux City, IA; his siblings, Terri Holtzen Murdock (Larry) of Blue Springs, MO and Dwayne Holtzen of Northglenn, CO; his half-siblings, Carroll Holtzen, Rodney Holtzen, Ruth Holtzen Smith and Darla Holtzen; and his stepbrothers, Duane Broyhill, Raymond Broyhill and Kevin Broyhill. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
