He was predeceased by: his parents, Matt Smith and Mary Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, Francis, Delores, Agatha, Julianne, Rita, John, Theresa, Lucille and Martin "Marty"; his pet Sonar; his granddaughter Madison; his wife Marsha Smith; his children, Shelly Taylor (Tom) and Steve Smith (Sylvia); his grandchildren, Amanda, Andrew and Matthew; his siblings, Aggie Horvatich, Lou Schram (Ron), Bill Smith (Sue), Marty Smith (Mary) and Tony Smith (Lois); Amanda, Andrew, Madison and Matthew. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
