He is survived by: his wife Teri; his sons, Troy, Nick (Leah) and Jon (Amber); his daughter-in-law Lynn; his siblings, Garry (Sharon), Dawanna Greeley, Dwight and Kyle (Dana); his grandchildren, Mason (Danae), Tyler, Trevor, Trea, Toby and Daisy; his mother-in-law Rosie Molzahn; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Smith (Ann), Dick Smith (Susie) and Peggy Smith.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established at a later date.
