He was predeceased by: his father Leo Purvis. He is survived by: his wife Kim Dale of Omaha; his children, Cole Purvis (Miranda) of Hastings, Currey Purvis (Kaitlynn) of Omaha, Cash Purvis (Whitney) of Lincoln, Christine and Max Dale of Omaha; his mother Nellie Anderson of Minden, NE; and his brother Marvin Purvis (Patty) of Belleville, KS. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild, many extended family, aunts, nieces, and nephews.
