With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Leroy C Klinefelter of Omaha, Nebraska, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 6, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Klinefelter and Gertrude Klinefelter; his wife Sharon Klinefelter; and his grandchildren, Abigail Klinefelter and Christopher Mendes.
He is survived by: his son Charlie Klinefelter (Becca); his grandchildren, Hunter Mendes (Lendy Calderon), Ashley Luna (Gerado), Kimberlee Klinefelter, Makayla Klinefelter and Kiser Klinefelter; his great grandchild Olivia Luna; his sister Nancy Yechout (Bob); and his brother-in-law Bob Kiser (Ellyn Meisinger).
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Brian P. Harvey Funeral Home (1408 8th Ave, Plattsmouth, NE 68048). A rosary will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Church of the Holy Spirit (520 S 18th St, Plattsmouth, NE 68048). A Mass will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
