He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hansen and Florence Hansen (Krei). He is survived by: his son Lee Hansen (Joey); his grandson Xavier; his stepsons, Jerry Plathe and Dan Plathe; and his sister Jean Peck Graveside (Cliff).
