She was predeceased by: her husband James H. Chapman, MD. She is survived by: her children, Candyce Chapman, Michael Chapman and Jill Champley; her granddaughter Sarah; and her great grandchildren, Stella and Wyatt.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Countryside Community Church (13130 Faith Plz, Omaha, NE 68144).
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Food Bank for the Heartland.
