She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Bertie and Rose Ellen Blackburn; and her husband William Joseph Sedlak. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Barbara A. Sedlak and William D. Sedlak. She is also survived by her family, including her two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
