She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Haines and Helen Haines (Ellis); her brother Daniel Haines (Linda); and her son Patrick Welsh. She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Sorensen; her brother Kenny Haines (Francie); her foster daughter Sylvia Czornyj; and her grandchildren, Seth Stickman, Ian Stickman, Kora Bingham, Shannon and Kurt Bingham. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Dream City Church (8433 W Center Rd, Omaha, NE 68124).
