She was predeceased by: her parents, John Piontkowski and Agnes Piontkowski (Szafrajda); her husband Reginald; her son Matthew; and her grandson Justin.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Hare (Dennis), Stacie Welles, Thomas Welles (Linda), Mitchell Welles and David Welles (Janet Young). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home (5701 Center St, Omaha, NE 68106). A rosary was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St Peter Catholic Church (709 S 28th St, Omaha, NE 68105).
In lieu of flowers, memorials suggested to St. Peter Catholic Church.
