She was predeceased by: her parents, Laurence Salyard and Sylvia Salyard (Burke); her brother Gale Lee Salyard; her husband James Joseph "Duke" Dulkoski; and her son Michael James "Duke" Dulkoski (Theresa "Charley" Ostdiek Dulkoski).
