She is survived by: her parents, John Eagleton and Doreen Eagleton; her husband Gary Jacott; her son Matthew; her siblings, Michael Eagleton and Dana Appleby (Don); her son Travis Jacott; her daughters-in-law, Kylie and Janna; her grandchildren, Faith, Lucas and Baby Jacott; and her siblings' children, Briannah Medieros (Mike), Rachel Eagleton, Grace Jacott, Rose O'Leary, Kaley Appleby, Colin Jacott and Donald Jr. Appleby (DJ).

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorial gifts be made in Louise's name to Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
