She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Mitchell and Frances Mitchell; her husbands, Thomas W. Freeman and Lynn Grant Freer; and her daughter-in-law Alison Dwyer.
She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Thomas Freeman Jr. and Dr. Philip Freeman; her daughters-in-law, Dr. Diane Freeman and Catherine MacLeod; her stepdaughter Anita Freer; and her grandchildren, Aaron Freeman, Shannon Freeman, Ryan Freeman, Connor Freeman and Mackenzie Freeman. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
