She was predeceased by: her parents, John Velder and Regina Velder (Herlitizus); her husband Don; and her grandson Matthew Cameron. She is survived by: her children, Sandee Foster (Bill) of Bella Vista, AR, Donna Beane (John) of Omaha, NE, Debbie Cook (Lucky) of Aberdeen, NC, Mary Forney (Bryon) of David City, NE, Janice Miller (Dan) of Springfield, NE and Butch Cheatum (Jan) of Long Pine, NE; and her sister Judy Asmussen of Greeley, CO. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Boniface Church or to Marie's family for later designation.
