She was predeceased by: her husband Vernon; her parents, Frank Smith and Jeannette Smith; and her siblings, Richard, Lucille and Don.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Schrum, Richard Yost (Kim) and Tom Yost (Debbie); and her grandchildren, Pam, Kelli, Matt, Julie, Brian, Nick and Ryan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
