He is survived by: his daughters, Beth-Anne Riskowski and Shannon Mayehama; his sisters, Deborah Hook, Diana Mayehama, Kelli Guy, Kelly Paladino and Melissa Walker; his grandchildren, Robert Boca, Alexis Ellis, Skyler Riskowski, Grace Riskowski and Carlos Riskowski Galingo; and his nieces and nephews, Hope Haley, Jesse Mayehama, Jason, Scott Mayehama, Ashley Mayehama, Chastity Calabro, James Willett, Harley Willett, Lance Glenne, Lillian Glenne, Megan Tuite and Alivia Walker.
