We are sad to announce that, on January 15, 2026, at the age of 62, Mark E. Nelson (Omaha, Nebraska) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherene Nelson (McKeighan) and Jerome Nelson; his brother Wendell Nelson; and his mother-in-law Nancy Kennedy. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Lisa; his wife Suzanne; his daughters, Whitney Nelson and Cheyenne Grannan (Chris); his granddaughter Lucy Grannan; his brothers, Richard (Susanne), Terry (Lynnette) and Randy Nelson (Denise); and his siblings-in-law, Stephanie, Wendall Pascarelli, Candy and Chad Johnson. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
