Knapp. He is survived by: his daughters, Melinda Adams (Thomas), Monica Imhoff and Melissa Johnson (Tony); his grandchildren, Tannor, Emma, Noah and Shelby; his brothers, Philip Knapp, John Knapp, Jimmy Knapp, Jerry Knapp, David Knapp (Denise) and Tommy Knapp (Connie); and his brother-in-law Ron Odegaard (Diane). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
