She was predeceased by: her parents, Anastasia Schulte and Edward Schulte; her husband Al Caniglia; her sister Audrey; her siblings-in-law, Tony Piccolo, Grace, Ross, Helen Caniglia, Eli Caniglia, JoAnn Caniglia, Lou, Pearl Caniglia, Yano and Mary Caniglia; her daughter-in-law Peggy Caniglia; and her nephews, Charles Caniglia and Tom Caniglia.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Callahan (Bob), Joan Sanders (Paul), John Caniglia and Lynda Kuss (Steve); her sister-in-law Gloria Caniglia; and her grandchildren, Rob Callahan (Erin), Shelley Caniglia, Kelly Karhoff (Anthony), Al Caniglia (Sara), Matt Callahan (Natalja), David Sanders (Karly), Mike Sanders (Stacey), Katie Benton (Paul), Michaela Kavanagh (Mitch), Kristina Larson (Travis), Grant Gelecki (Paige) and Connor Gelecki. She is also survived by 25 great grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Vianney Catholic Church (5801 Oak Hills Dr, Omaha, NE 68137). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
