She was predeceased by: her sister Wilma Phares; and her great grandchild Amirah Wade. She is survived by: her husband Michael; her sons, Kevin Fowler (April), Tim Fowler (Megan), Billy White (Sarah) and Loren; and her siblings, Robert (Janet), Mike (Judy), Johnny (Lori), Steve, Phillip (Mary) and Janette Riggs (John). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
