She is survived by: her children, Kelly Sanko, Jerry Jr. and Jeff Urkevich (April); her grandchildren, Zachary Sanko, Lyndsay Hearn (Jaiden), Caitlyn Sanko, Nolan and Daxton Urkevich; and her great grandchildren, Rylee and Reid Hearn.
