He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Hoffman and Marlene Hoffman (Broeker). He is survived by: his siblings, Theresa Niewohner (Tom) of Onawa, Iowa and Phillip Hoffman (Claudia) of Tabb, Virginia; and his nieces and nephews, Rebecca Silker, Stephanie Dickes, Diane Hoffman, Dylan Hoffman and Brian Niewohner. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and several cousins, and friends.
