He was predeceased by: his grandmother Karen Walkling; his aunt Amber Nielsen; and his great-grandparents, Stephen Counterman, Carole Nielsen, Doretta Greelis and Edith Dougherty.

He is survived by: his parents, Ashlen Johnson and Whitney Johnson; his sister Lilah Johnson; his grandparents, Mike, Kim Grieve, David Johnson, Bobby and Anna Nielsen; his great-grandparents, Jerry Greelis, Karen Counterman, Bob Nielsen, Warren and Sue Grieve; his uncles, Dustin Johnson (Leigh Ann), Stephan Johnson (Haley), Bobby Joe Nielsen (Jade) and Jesse Orr (Lisa); his aunt Antrenity Richards (Shawn); his cousins, Brooklyn, Braeleigh, Brityn, Brody, Oliver, Amanda, Jordyn, Marissa, Kaitlyn, Madisyn, Dylan, Olive and Jett; and his friends, Eevee, Oliver and Rosie. He is also survived by many great-aunts, uncles, extended family.
