He is survived by: his wife Candy Smith; his children, Shannon and Michael of Omaha; and his stepsons, Cory Smith (Tiffany) of Lenexa, KS and Justin Smith (Laurie) of Sergeant Bluff, IA.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
