He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Chris David and Leslie Duskin; his son-in-law Christopher Duskin; his grandchildren, Ryan, Ben David, Lloyd, Hugh and Mary Duskin; his sisters, Linda Quist (Wendell) and Maureen Tierney; his sisters-in-law, Connie Pedersen and Susan Grier Schmidt; Cara Timmerman David. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
