He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Germolik; and his parents, Michael Germolik and Rita (Sheldon). He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Germolik (Chris) of Oklahoma, Teri Vavra (Todd) of Omaha, NE and Tracy Neidig (Mark) of Omaha, NE; his grandchildren, Brandon Neidig, April Neidig, Austin Vavra and Ashleigh Vavra; and his sister Jean Mills.
