She is survived by: her husband Charles Smith; and her children, Robert Turk (Jacque), Curtis Turk, Jeff Turk and Cheryl Izzo (Mike). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
