Nancy Kauffman Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Kauffman of Omaha, Nebraska, born in Central City, Nebraska, who passed away on August 17, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William McHargue and Frieda McHargue (Drawbaugh); her husband Clayton Kauffman; her siblings, Ramona Larson (Don), Dale McHargue and Billy McHargue; her sister-in-law Estelle Infinger; and her parents-in-law, Wesley and Helga Kauffman.

She is survived by: her children, Kent Kauffman (Jeanine) of Omaha, Julie Palensky (Brad) of North Bend and Susan Dahl of Dallas, TX; her grandchildren, Braden Palensky (Crystal), Nicholas Kauffman (Kolby), Andrew Palensky (Samantha), Jonathan Kauffman, Caitlin Sweeney (Cody), Cale Palensky (Kaecee), Peyton Smith (Jesse), Madison Vonderfecht (William) and Henry Dahl; and her sisters-in-law, Marlene McHargue, Barbara Kleve and Linda Creager. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
