He is survived by: his wife Aly; his children, Cali, Ava, Daniel, Meyer and Mia; his parents, Jay Novotny and Mary Kay Novotny; his siblings, Jason, Matthew (Ally) and Haley (Eric); his father-in-law George Ryan (late Judi); and his sisters-in-law, Shawna (Bill) and Natalie. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and nephews.
