He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Grant, Arlene Sawyer, Dewey and Margaret Lundquist; and his father-in-law Larry Carlson.

He is survived by: his parents, Milan Sawyer and Jeanie Sawyer (Lundquist) of Newman Grove, NE; his daughters, Mya and Rose of Omaha, NE; his brother Troy Sawyer (Jana); and his sibling's children, Tenleigh Sawyer, Tallon Sawyer of Grand Island, NE and Eli Aldana of Grand Island, NE. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
